East Devon Podiatry appreciates that there are sometimes unavoidable circumstances leading to patient’s cancelling their appointments. However, we have implemented a cancellation policy set out below as a result of the following issues:
- increasing numbers of last minute cancellations and ‘no shows’
- the current coronavirus regulations
- pressure on time slots
- increasing clinical costs and cost of PPE
CANCELLATION FEES
If an appointment is not cancelled with at least one working days’ notice the following charges apply:
- First occurrence: £20
- Further occurrences: £40
